Fujian Yongfu Power Engineering Co.,Ltd.(SZ.300712), founded in 1994, is a leading integrated service provider for power and energy industry in China. We are focusing on renewable energy, clean energy, energy storage, smart grid, digital energy, etc., offering our clients with integrated solutions for power and energy (including project development, planning & consultancy, design, EPC, smart O&M), distributed solar PV products & service, digital energy products & service to create values for our clients, industry and society.

History of Development

1994

Founded in 1994, Yongfu was then a joint venture affiliated to a state-owned institute that is now called POWERCHINA Fujian Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd.

2008

In 2008, corporate governance reform was implemented, Yongfu was reorganized as an independently operated company.

2012

In 2012, Yongfu launched equity reform, the senior executives and elite employees acquired shares from the employees of the state-owned institute.

2015

In 2015, Yongfu launched share initial public offering (IPO).

2017

In 2017, Yongfu debuted first share trading on Shenzheng Stock Exchange.

2019

In 2019, Yongfu released new strategic plan, striving to being an internationally renowned integrated power energy service provider.

2022

In 2022, two wholly owned subsidiaries (i.e.Fuzhou Green Energy and Fuzhou Digital Energy) were founded to implement Yongfu’s product strategy.
